US Coating Solutions Concrete Patch/Overlay

Typical Patch/Overlay Material Formula

• 3 Gal. CLP Multi-Poly
• 2 Gal. Water
• 1 94 lb. Bag #1 Portland Cement
• 140 lb. Clean Sand
• 3 to 6 cups of Super Crete III, see below
• 1 1/2 to 3 cups of New Crete Additive
*Super Crete III Additive is as additive that makes the concrete flow better and makes it super hard, chemical and crack resistant. As you work with it you will get comfortable with a formula right for each situation. When doing any overlay application it should always be used at a rate of 1 to 2 cups per gallon of liquid. (Water and CLP Multi-poly)
The compression strength of concrete is typically 2500 to 3500 PSI. Our CLP Multi-Poly concrete is over 8,000 PSI. When the Super Crete III Additive is used the compression strength goes to 16,000 plus.

Basic Application Procedure When Applying Patch Formula

1. Clean using high-pressure water being sure to remove all oil or grease. Dry until all excess moisture is gone.
2. Spray or brush CLP Multi-Poly @400 sq. ft. per gal. Allow coat to dry.
3. Mix Crete patch material and trowel into eroded areas. Minimum film thickness of 1/4 inch. Can be feather edged. Grind down any high areas.
4. Allow patch to cure a minimum of 12 hours before coating.

Small Patch Formula

2 quarts Portland Cement

1 cup Super Crete lll

1/2 cup New Crete Additive

2 quarts fine sand (clean)

1/2 quart water mixed with 1/2 quart CLP Multi-Poly

(ratio is 2 parts Portland Cement to 2 parts fine sand to 1 part liquid with 1 cup Super Crete lll and one cup New Crete Additive)
